We want your Social Spray to reach you as fast as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing time All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping rates Standard shipping — calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping — included automatically on all orders.
Delivery times United States standard — 5 to 8 business days United States express — 2 to 3 business days International — 7 to 14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of your order. Delays caused by weather, customs, or courier issues are outside of our control but we will always do our best to help if something goes wrong.
Tracking your order Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this to follow your order every step of the way. If your tracking has not updated in 5 business days please contact us and we will look into it straight away.
Lost or stolen packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. If it is still missing contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will do everything we can to make it right.
International shipping We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they will be.
Wrong address Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake contact us immediately at socialspray@outlook.com . Once an order has been dispatched we cannot guarantee we can change the address but we will always try.
